By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted the following policy.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@craftalove.com
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@craftalove.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@craftalove.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Cancel order
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. After 6 hours, your cancellation request won’t be processed at any cost.
Please note that after completing your payment, your order can only be canceled from our side, so please reach us at info@craftalove.com if you have any questions.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@craftalove.com
Change information
We only accept requests on changing personal information such as shipping address, zip code, within 24 hours from purchasing time. After the item is fulfilled, please contact to the shipping carrier to reroute the delivery line.
